The 21 nocturnes are among Chopin’s most intimate compositions, suggestive of a myriad of nighttime atmospheres and emotions. Of twilight, dusk and into the dark night. Of contemplation, serenity, melancholy, drama, and joy. They are each elegantly drawn and sensuously beautiful.
